Just want to chime in with my 2 cents on this topic (why I haven't worked on
seriously documenting my code):

1)  It's not as much fun as coding
2)  I'm afraid it's going to have some major changes to it, so any
documentation written would be worthless.

Seriously, though, my plans are to get rebar working, and start taking a
look at the other stuff that's been written, and do some revisions and
documentation within the code, so we can start generating the html file.
