i upload file on my site
i want that file also be on some other site
do i have to upload it there too? it will cost me money while doing it, =
so i wouldnt like to do it again
so can i copy it from one server to another, write one little program =
and upload it to original server and run it there? It will copy this =
large data to another server.
how do i do this?
i have to e-mail that data to one address? how do i do it from another =
server?

Unless mail is your only connection, you don't have to e-mail your =
uploads. Just open your normal Internet connection, but instead of a =
browser ...
If you use Windows, check Windows Commander (16- and 32-bit versions), =
at www.ghisler.com. It can open several simultaneous ftp connections, =
thus allowing you to copy or move files between servers. I don't know =
about DOS, though I recall that the latest Norton Commander versions had =
similar capabilities.
On Linux, you might use the Midnight Commander in a similar way.
