but how could i create thicker caret? and different color?

You can create a thicker caret by using 'CreateCaret'. If you want
different colors you might have to use bitmaps with 'CreateCaret'. Refer
to MSDN for more info:

fund out that you have to use just this:
CreateCaret( wnd, 0, 5,20)
--bitmap can be 0!, and width and height of caret as you want
