1. EE nice editor improvement request

At any time you feel bored or with nothing to do, please look at the
possibility of improving EE in a couple of issues:
1. Ability to select part of a line. Although EE allows selecting a part of
a single line, if one tries to extend the selection beyond that line, the
selected portion of that line extends to the beginning of the line.
2. Commenting/Uncommenting blocks of lines.
3. When running a program, if there is an error on one module that is not
the current one being edited, the ability of switching to the module giving
the error.
Currently there is an error message telling the error is in another module,
so one has to switch and to select the function to locate the error.
