1. New mouse routines

I've just put my new DOS SVGA mouse routines
on my "stuff" page.

They include re-defined save_image() and
display_image() routines so the pointer
dosn't have to be turned off to update the
screen. 14 built in (win95 standard) pointer
shapes, or use your own from a bitmap.

Word of warning: Mice can be smelly, make
sure you put fresh newspaper on the bottom
of their cage every day.
