Daniel, I just had one of my molars extracted, so please, do not provoke me: Ralf the victim - you make me laugh and it hurts. I never deliberately rubbished anybody's effort on this list, that's just not my style. In fact I had a good look at the latest version of EDOM last night, and even with the toothache and everything else, it seemed to be a very nice piece of work. But I do object when it is portrayed as a universal solution to the very real input/output problems in Euphoria. And if you need so desperately to preserve your little triumphs, please, go ahead and add the scoreboard to my Twins. And use EDOM; if you are lucky it will save you about 5 milliseconds over the rest of your life. You can use them to reflect on the futility of any arguments with me. Jiri

While we're at it anyway, you ask me to 'keep it private' to spare everbody, but you *are* provoking me time after time, while any personal message of me sent to you is ignored. I really have no clue how to act now. I sweared once, some1 got mad about it, and that was indeed something I did not accept. Now, when I have no defence, Jiri sees a chance to attack me. I seriously do doubt his motivation to start a topic on EDOM's usefulnes. He calls people who use EDOM a fool, then says its a joke and I wonder.. "at whoes expense?". And now Jiri restates it is a piece of nice work, but not an "universal solution" ?! Neither is your font-package, but both offer a great easy to *some* programmers. The lack of a point in your 'problem' with EDOM, makes me question your motivation to start on this topic. The only thing I've seen you do, is making jokes and comments at my expense. If you consider my behaviour to be so rude, you might want to consider your own, and give an example how I *should* behave according to you. My excuses to the rest of the list for placing such a personal message. If I could have solved this through private mail I would. And believe me, I tried. Ralf Nieuwenhuijsen nieuwen at xs4all.nl

Not just a twist, a blatant lie: I have never received a single private message from you, and after this I do not really care. Jiri The mail is attached and was sent to this addres: J.Babor at GNS.CRI.NZ After two days there was still no response. I also did *not* receive any warnings or error messages from my SMTP, which I always receive after sending a mail to non-existing email-addres. Thirdly, it was placed in my 'sent items' box. I'm more than certain the mail got out.
