Yes, and yes - d/l from the Microsoft site - but I don't remember
the exact URL.

<Dumbass! - Me, not you!> Where _is_ my brain?  If you're going
to print plain text, you can just send the output to "PRN:" -
that'll work just fine, even in Windows, unless the printer is a
PostScript printer.
