1. VT100 and Kermit in Euphoria

Does anyone know of the specs for VT100 emulation and
Kermit file transfers?  I believe that Kermit is a
modified version of X-modem, for which I think I once
saw a program somewhere for.  Better yet, does anyone
know of a place that has a program (code) for that?
Also, can someone briefly explain how to control a modem
through Euphoria?  Thanks.
