1. Euphoria GUI Builder ?
I read in Euphoria v2.3 README that there's a GUI builder / editor
avialable - Where can I download it ? Does it have drag-drop (RAD
development) of controls etc (just like Delphi etc)

You are just in luck, Euphoria has a very excellent IDE created originally
by David Cuny and immensely improved by Judith. search the Euphoria Archives
using IDE as the key word and download the one by Judith, you will also need
win32lib to run.

I just downloaded and installed Judith's IDE. When I try to run it I get an
error:
C:\EUPHORIA\IDE\ide_projectview.ew:280
invokeHandler has not been declared
ok=invokeHandler(WinList,w32HChange,{} )

this happens because you are using an old version of win32lib, please go to
Derek Parnells site and download the newest version of win32lib. to go to
Dereks site look it up in the "other Euphoria Web site page"
