1. A bug in setIcon() ?
according the win32lib documentation, setIcon is supposed to change the
icon for picture buttons as well as for icon controles and windows, but
I don't seem to be able to assign any icon to my picture button (no icon
appears on it). Has anyone else encounterd that ?

Yes, this has been reported already.
I can't remember if its been fixed, yet. I'll do some testing and let you
know.
