Hi Pete; Nice work with the editor ! I like it very much, but there is a problem... I cannot use some letters ( =E7,=E1,=E0,=E3 for example, from portugues= languague)=20 in the editor. Is there any special configuration to solve this ? I'm using win2000. thanks Rubens =09

Sorry, there is a fundamental problem here. I quote from analyse.e: -- 1-24 index for keywords -- 25-29 [unused] -- 30 comment indicator -- 31 re-mapped TAB -- 32-127 ascii chars -- 128-212 index for builtin routines - some excess space is here to absorb future additions -- 213,214 marker for win32lib, glocals PL 27/10/02 By current[1] reckoning there are currently max 18+4=3D22 spare possible slots for foreign characters but (I think) it would be murder to squidge them in and not break anything. --[1] reduced if Rob introduces any more builtins in future versions(quite unlikely). All is possibly not lost, since the source is publicly available, and surely *SOMEONE ELSE* (hint, hint) might have a bash at this. Pete Bearer of bad news. PS 214 is max possible squeeze of 4 chars into one Eu integer, which the editor internals rely *very* heavily on too.
