Which one, and where is that?  Being relatively new here, I have connected
the people and their work.  Of course, if it is a file called Regular
Expressions I'm going to feel silly, but only just a little bit.

A recent e-mail indicated that someone may be using my regular expression
library. This prompted me to submit an updated version with a bug fix and
better error handling. The
new version has also changed one function -- 'regex_substring (N)' now
returns the Nth
matching substring.
