That's why I'm late responding. > FYI: When I clicked "Next" on the last Help screen, it crashed. Thanks for finding this bug. Already corrected. > Can you tell me more about what the program is supposed to do for someone. > For instance, do I just choose all the foods that will supply what I need > then make my daily meals with that list? That would be cool... something I > could use. It is supposed to help you to make diets. Also it can be used to give you information about foods and nutrients. The diet list box contains your eats for one day. It is not divided into meals. Currently DMAK has the usual nutrients and amino acids and uses SR13. The next version will have fatty acids and will use SR14. DMAK has lots of competition. The best diet program is NutriBase, at least according to NutriBase. They have a file that compares their program with other programs feature by feature, and they have a whole shitload of features. But NutriBase costs $495. Most of their competition that they list costs more. DMAK is free. Maybe I can't beat them any other way, but I can beat them on price. Jerry Story
