1. IDE Code Editor and win32lib v0.7.x

If you are an IDE user, you might want to stay with the IDEWin32lib version of
win32lib because the latest 0.7 series does not work well with Code Editor or
editor.exw.
The problem is not consistent but basically is involved with actions such as
moving the keyboard arrow keys, page up and down, highlighting text.
Using Chris's July win32lib version works perfectly if you were lucky enough to
be a tester for him. I'll report this problem on SourceForge for the Win32lib
team.
