My program submission Q_AlarmClock is now available to be downloaded. It is a simple alarm function for the Windows operating system. This is a YAAC -- yet another alarm clock among several. Probably it is like most of them -- done at least partly for the learning experience -- but I do use the thing and find it worthwhile. I read recently that the term "rooster" was invented when the old term "cock" for a male chicken became uncomfortable for some people. So, "one who roosts" or rooster became common. However that be, I have used the rooster's crow as the alarm sound and his image appears when the alarm has gone off to make sure the user knows, in case the call was not heard. If you could use the occasional reminder as you are at the computer, give it a try. And turn the sound up. --Quark
