1. Update to EDS Toolbox

Hi all,

There are some issues in the 1.2 release of EDS Toolbox
that may cause it to not work correctly. Here's a list:

  * redefine of LINUX in database.e (so it would work in 2.1)
  * .edb version stamping uses wrong numbers
  * minor updates to documentation

I'm sending a new update to my website sometime tonight to
resolve these problems. My apologies for any inconvenience
this may cause.
