--Allocate Hi all,=20 I have to allocate( for example 256 bytes ) to store in that block the envoironment variables PATH and whatever,but first I will have to search = for a free 256 byte block within the memory? do I have to indicate the memory a= ddress where my block begins? it's a safe way to do this without overwriting imp= ortant data from memory? thanx -- METALLICA Hi Tom, are you a Metallica fan ???
