Interesting.
The first time that I downloaded(from the original URL), I got this
file:
PDUTIL.HTM 1,555,072 bytes (turned out to be a disguised
.exe file)
I then downloaded the files that you mentioned and got:
PDUTIL HTM 2,913,064 bytes (zip file)
PDUTIL EXE 1,155,072 bytes (exe file)
I'm somewhat puzzled as to why one of the files is almost 3 times
larger
than the others.
I haven't tried to do anything with them yet.
