Hello Carl, First of all, thanks for the new EE it's pretty cool. Well, when you open the subs window, the first routine is highlighted, but It won't show of the kind (Global, local). And another thing that put me nervous is that when you select a portion of the text, and copy it with CTRL+C this portion is unselected, if there's a way to avoid this, please tell me. Thanks Keep working! -- Best regards, ICQ Number: 3198249 Caballero Rojo mailto:pampeano at rocketmail.com __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Just a little bit of lazy coding I'm afraid. :) Press Cursor-Down then Cursor-Up in the Subs box to find out the type of the first listed subroutine. > And another thing that put me nervous is that when you select a > portion of the text, and copy it with CTRL+C this portion is > unselected, if there's a way to avoid this, please tell me. This is actually legacy EE code from version 1.0c, and I'd say "that's not a bug, it's a feature." The code you've copied stays in the EE ClipBoard (Ctrl+B) until you copy, cut or import the Windows ClipBoard, so you can paste as many times as you like, but unlike the MS Editors, a paste directly after the copy doesn't overwrite the selected text and give the impression that nothing has happened... I can only think of one reason why you'd want to leave the text selected, and that's to block (un)comment the code (Ctrl+Minus), and that's fairly unlikely. If you want to remove the feature, simply comment out line 2030 in XLE.E. Blah, blah, enough requests, blah, will change, blah, next release. :) Carl -- Carl R.
