1. I'm back (sort of)...
With gainful employment, I'm now back on the 'net in a limited capacity and
I'm posting to the Listserv via the web page.
Its nice to see that some of the regulars are still around, so I don't feel
totally alienated.
Would anybody be interested in EE2.2:CS1? [That won't run in Linux
] or
has everybody moved onto something better while I've been gone?

Welcome back! Your editor has some useful features - please post the update.
As far as not running in Linux, if it's still text-mode, it probably won't
take many
changes to make it work with Linux. I'll be happy to give it a try.

Irv Mullins

Hello Carl,
I'd love to see a new version of it. I can't write any eu4
program without it.

I've tried getting it to work in Linux, and it's not as easy as it looks...
There's a lot of DOS/Windows specific code in there. Namely a few calls to
dos_interrupt() and the Windows Clipboard stuff.
As far as the DOS version goes, I've added the new Eu2.2 syntax and
functions, and the Subs dialog will tell you what a particular subroutine
is rather than you having to find out... (i.e. [global] type/func/proc)
There's also support for the new Linux filetypes.
Before release though, I'd like to remove some of the deadweight from the
old toolkit, because I doubt anybody really uses it any more.
I'll try to get it to RDS by the end of the week, along with some Windows
icons for the Linux filetypes.
Carl - Whose lunch hour is just about up.
PS - It made my head swell feeling so welcome. Thanks guys. <
