WinEm v1.00 by Chris Jones (1998)
Allows you to run Win32 (R) console applications from DOS. Not particularly
useful, but it does let you use stuff like XCOPY32 from plain DOS. And,
developers: you can write console-mode applications which will run natively
in Win95/98/NT and also in DOS. Source code (45k) available.
