1. Back on board

Hi. I've finally retired and moved to a (big) country town. It's been almost a year since the move, and we are settling in now, though there's lots of gardening and minor maintenance on our new home - it was built around 1890. Anyhow, I'm now in a position to resume contributing to OE's development.
Are there any tickets you'd like me to look into? I've also just received a new PC, so I have to get all the GitHub stuff set up first. I might need help with that, as I'm a bit rusty with GitHub.

Congrats on the retirement, good to see you back.
Close to it myself, but I enjoy the job too much - at the moment!
Cheers
Chris

Congratulations !
Can I ask which country town ?
Or if you don't want to mention it here, how about the first three or four letters, then only the Australians can make a fair guess.
Cheers
Craig (retired to France)

Welcome back Derek!
I remember you being one of the OG's of Euphoria
Maybe Euphoria 4.2.0 will see the light of day?

Ah, the town in which my wife was born.
She took me there for the first time just a few years ago.
A nice place to retire to, enjoy !

Welcome back, sir! A retirement spent gardening and programming... I am looking forward to that. I've got about twenty years to go...
Oh, right. The tickets. The tickets for Euphoria. The tickets filed especially to work on Euphoria. Euphoria's tickets. Those tickets? (clip)
A while ago I put together a roadmap. Items further down the list are mostly "wish list" at this point, but the stuff at the top are still priority:
Audit documentation
- Ensure docs build correctly
- Proofread and correct errors
- Streamline publishing to web
Audit tickets
- Close any completed/obsolete tickets
- Reassign open tickets to active users
- Address and close remaining tickets
Improve the build system
- Simplify Makefile rules
- Proper multi-job support
- Avoid rebuilding too often
- Eliminate need for configure
I've been chipping away at the build system improvements. Do you want to have a crack at auditing the documentation and/or tickets?
