1. Rumors of my demise may have been exaggerated

Sorry for my noticeable absence over the past few months. The truth is, I've been pretty burnt out lately and it's been hard to make time for anything but the day-to-day. Turns out May is Mental Health Awareness Month, so let's talk about it.
My day job has been very unfulfilling lately. You might say that "my skills and interests are no longer aligned with my responsibilities." We're working on realigning that but progress is slow, and my recent work has been even more stressful than usual. I'm unsure what to do about this long-term; I don't really want to go through the effort of finding a new job.
I'm active at a local makerspace called Open Workshops. I joined back in 2023, signed on as volunteer staff in 2024, and in this past January I was elected Vice President of the organization. This work has been very fulfilling but it also takes up a lot of my free time. It also helps having a place to go that isn't home or work.
We took our kids (10 and 12) on a road trip from Detroit to Orlando back in February. We drove over 2,500 miles (~4,000 km) through nine states in nine days. We went to Great Wolf Lodge, Magic Kingdom, Epic Universe, LEGOLAND, and Gaylord Opryland. I was checked out from work the whole trip. Everyone had a great time.
There have been recent questions about website content. To be clear, I cannot put any effort into the current website. I thought I had some help coming with the Discourse migration but it hasn't panned out. I'm still pulling on a couple threads, but it's slow-going. I need to see the Discourse migration completed before anything else.
My fundraising post in December brought in $75. Thank you to those who donated! However, what we really need is a few financial backers: if just three people signed up at $5/mo, that would cover all of our hosting fees ($13/mo) and our domain renewal ($20/year). When we do get to Discourse, these contributor levels will be reflected on your user profile.

P.S. Thank you to Jim and Andreas for reaching out to me directly this past week. I really appreciate it.

Hi Greg,
It is good to hear from you. I'm glad you are okay. I understand being burned out and stuff. I sometimes be working on my wrappers and tell myself why am I working on these? Will I ever make money from them or coding in general? I also get not a lot of money is going into Euphoria these days. So I can see how that puts some strain on things overall. I hope you'll feel better Greg.
