1. raylib for Phix and Euphoria

hallo

This is my attempt at creating a wrapper for Raylib that's compatible with Phix and Euphoria. It's only for Windows and only 64-bit, though I don't see the latter as a drawback. The repository also includes over 50 examples for testing and seeing how Raylib works. If anyone has time to test a few of these examples(on a other setup than my own), it would make my work much easier.
