1. string function conflict and missing library building Euphoria

I decided I would use one of my old programs and it turns out it was written in Euphoria. I had installed the latest Linux/Mint and now Euphoria would not compile.

I don't see how libnst is available for my distro. The eui file that I already have doesn't link to such a file. There is also a conflict between the declared string functions and those in the standard headers now.

The other Euphoria components rely on the freshly built interpreter so, the build for almost everything is broken.

Only Linux 64 based systems should be affected. Current change set 3445a5985714bd1d6812143fcd1298f69e67dd1d

The ticket system is also broken.
