1. Doug Weinert's duplicate file finder.

Hi

I needed a duplicate file finder, so rather than paying a few quid for one of the many "free download!" and "completely free to download programs, I found this in the pcan archives.

I updated it to Eu4.1, and Phix compatability, and want to put it back onto the archive. But I want Doug Weinert's permission to do so. His email is not recognised (program is 2003). If I don't ge a response in a week, I'll post it, and take it down if he does object. It's actually a really useful little program.

Doug, if you still come here, or if anyone knows his email address, can you pass the message on to him.

I had a mini fiddle (must have been bored, like huh!) with the (unsupported) .HLP file and repackaged it as plain html on the latter (no idea whether the .hpj is of any use).
I was also considering porting this to pGUI, so it stood a chance of being runnable on Linux.
