I was looking at CreateIcon, and ExtractIcon Win32 API functions, but I don't
think that is what he is looking for. I thought I would forward this here to see
what you guys think...

Does anyone know a way to change icons in any .exe-/.dll-file using
euphoria?
I found a function for reading icons, but is there a way (function) to
edit/change them?
