1. movies from pic sequence

Ok, I have megabytes of time-lapse photos, mostly in gif format, but lets figure
they could be in png/jpg/bmp formats too. They play really nicely in Al Getz's
Euviewer with the time set to 0 or 1 (depending on how fast I want the action),
but what if I want to distribute a single .avi or .rm or something? How do I make
all the individual pics into one file for playing with commonly available
standard movie players?

That sounds like an interesting project.
Are speaking of Euviewer 1,2 or3? When you say 'time set' are you taking about
the timer or SlowSystem? I am working a zoom feature for Euviewer3.
But that's not really important right now.

I guess you want make it like the old fashion flip movies found in peep shows
in the early 1900's.

Well first I think would need the source code for the program that converts
a camera image to the screen. Then cut camera output and replace it with
your slide show.

I don't know if there are any movie viewers in the archives or not. I haven't
checked.

I'm sure there are some commercial veiwers that already can you what you want.
Of course there would be no source.
