Attn: Ed and Pete (and others)
HOPL is back on-line and actively seeking information about recent languages. So that we can send you our HOPL Acquisitions Questionnaire, please either send your email address to hopl.acquisitions@gmail.com or visit HistoryOfProgrammingLanguages on facebook and leave your email address there.

Thanks to Pete for Phix details: they're going up on the Facebook and Twitter sites today.
Is anyone other than Pete using Phix?
Thanks to _tom for asking: I've sent, so now all you have to do is fill in and send your questionnaire.
Kind regards
Bruce.

Pete, can you give me a better logo? I'd prefer to use one looking like index.ico rather than ok.ico as it has the language name in it. Any chance of a PNG or JPG?
TIA,
Bruce

Okay, have converted the index.ico to a .png. It'll do for now, but something a bit less grainy would be good.
Kind regards,
Bruce

I have started two wiki pages that need some input:
The trick is to HOPL classify oE http://hopl.info/polykey.html. So far I do not have a clear classification!

http://openeuphoria.org/wiki/view/oE_HOPL.wc
Something strange happened when I "cut and pasted" the URLs.
The other way to get to these pages is:
- go to the "wiki" home page
- look under "Additional Documentation"
- view "Historical Information"
Thanks Bruce, for keeping Euphoria in with the other 9000 languages.

OK, I finally managed to dig something up (in digital terms quite literally), see http://phix.is-great.org/Phix256.png - not that I was ever particularly happy with it.

Does http://phix.x10.mx fare any better?
I just uploaded a new copy of the docs to is-great, and it blocked half the pages and my css files. Time to ditch that host, methinks.
(The latest docs are now available at http://phix.x10.mx/docs )

Pete,
The revised links work a treat. Thanks.
I've just edited the Phix note on the FB page and reposted Phix from our Twitter account with the revised logo.
Kind regards,
Bruce
