What's up with this? It looks like these repositories are synchronized from scm.openeuphoria.org. Is that correct? Is this a user or a team account? Why does it exist?

Matt Lewis set it up.
We have a script that runs on the server that pushes out updates periodicly.
The purpose is to have an easy to reach backup if anything ever happens to the server.
