I enjoyed this post very much. I can relate to a good deal of it..
My first computer expereince was with the IBM 360- 70 and we worked with
the very popular IBM punched card...
Too true about the "others" not wanting to maintain your code. I think that
happens in all fields of engineering..
One of my jobs was to try to "influence" our engineers to use existing
designs and only "invent" as a last resort.. talk about mission impossible.
But here I go making the same mistakes, I am not happy with the methods of
"building" HTML scripts froma Euphoria program so I am out to "invent" a
better way.. I figure I'll get about half way there and find someone on the
list has posted "an even better way"..
