With Mandrake 7.0 I get the public domain interpreter program error message
when I try to run demo1.exu. However, I am not at all sure that I have
svgalib installed correctly.

It appears that libvga.so is correctly installed in /usr/lib/
The public domain interpreter does not report specifics, it reads something
like, "An error has been detected during the execution of your program" ....
your program exceeds 300 statements, etc.
I actually have the complete Linux version of euphoria, but managed to lose
it in yet another system rebuild. As soon as I can beg Rob to send me the
download key I will take a look at the ex.err dump.
All your work with eu_engin.e is appreciated! I am curious to see if Mike
Nelson has any problems with Mandrake 7.2

Kenneth:
I ran demo1 on RedHat6.2 using the public domain euphoria
and it does not give me any errors.
Be sure that you have rom14x14.e include file in the directory
where you are running demo1 from because it is be included for
use in demo1
