1. Trouble getting 3.1.1 compatible Win32Lib & IDE

Hello all. I haven't been programming for a lot of years, but recently thought I might see if I could finish a program I'd started way back then, so I downloaded Euphoria 3.1.1, and the most recent Win32Lib & Judith's IDE from RapidEuphoria & the archive.
But it turns out that while the archive listing for "Enhanced IDE", Jul 27/08, says "Win32lib 0.70.4a or later is required", and the archive listing for "Win32Lib", Jun 17/08, says, "Jun 17: v0.70.4a: bug fixes...", when the IDE won't run ("Win32LibVersionEx has not been declared"), and I look for the version # of the downloaded Win32Lib, it says in its documentation that it is "... Win32lib v0.70.18".
So, where's Win32Lib 0.70.4a or later?
Dan

Ok, as far as I can tell, the link from the Archive at Robert's RapidEuphoria site, for " the current version" of Win32Lib, Jun 17/08, who's listing mentions at the end, "Jun 17: v0.70.4a: bug fixes", implying that it IS v0.70.4a, is NOT that!
It is rather either v0.70.18 or 0.70.2 (the zip file downloaded is named "win32lib_0_70_20.zip", though the doc inside identifies it as "Documentation for Win32lib v0.70.18").
And, finally, also present at sourceforge is a set of 'older' Win32Libs, including "win32lib_0_70_4.zip".
Mystery solved, maybe.
