Ray, You are thinking of Gary Dummer's VEL, a very promising Windows programming aid that wrapped Eu functions around a delphi dll he had written. While not as powerful as Win32Lib, it was easier to use and it had much promise. Unfortunatley, he withdrew it from circulation when he left the list. -- Mike
