Is there a way to install Eu4.0.5 onto a USB flash drive so that i can run it on different computers?

You should be able to.

I can run mine from Dropbox. It looks like it's even easier now as there is now a non-installer version of Euphoria on Sourceforge.

You may have to tweak your paths a bit.
