when I put it on someone's computer insted of looking
at the "c:\the_great_conqueror\pictures" for the picturs
uesed in the game it trys to look in
"user\josh\c:\the_great_conqueror\picturs"
which wont work on someone elses computer
what can I do to fix that?

Maybe you copied the game to the other computer? Try installing it on the other computer, that may fix the path problem you have.
