I am trying to add sound to my program
I have background music playing and I wont to add
other sound effects and play them with out stoping my
back Ground sound

So is there an easy way to do that

I am useing Win32lib v0.70.18

and I have windows 7

Use Mark Akita's SDL wrapper and just initialize the sound component. It will allow you to use multiple channels/formats and provide mixing.
