On the Sourceforge page, the Windows binaries link points instead to the source release, and the binaries link on http://openeuphoria.org/wiki/view/DownloadEuphoria.wc is broken.

Reading the information on the http://sourceforge.net/projects/rapideuphoria/files/Euphoria/4.0.4/Windows/ page I thought the link refers to the right place. Quote:
euphoria-4.0.4.exe is an installer that includes EUPHORIA. euphoria-4.0.4-ow.exe is an installer that includes EUPHORIA and Watcom C. euphoria-4.0.4-WINDOWS.zip is only compiled binaries of 4.0.4.
But there is clearly no EXE in the BIN subdirectory of euphoria-4.0.4-WINDOWS.zip

It looks like the "simple" zip of the euphoria directory tree, including binaries never got uploaded, but the download link was copied over from the 4.0.3 release. I'm looking into getting that file up there. I removed the README on sourceforge, because it was obviously incorrect.
euphoria-4.0.4-WINDOWS.zip is a pre-translated source version of the release.
