Back then we were thinking of an October 2011 release, but that never materalized.
I raised the idea of releasing a 4.0.4RC1 so we'd get some bug fixes out there, but don't seem to have gotten any replies. http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_id=28795219
