1. wxEuphoria on wine

Euphoria itself works on wine.
I have:
.wine/dosdevices/c:/Euphoria/bin
libwxeu.dll
wxmsw28u_wat_eu.dll
.wine/dosdevices/c:/Euphoria/include
wxeud.e
Everything is where it is suppose to be, right?
But when I type
$ wine eui dmak.exw
It makes a list of wxEuphoria things that it doesn't understand.
Why doesn't it work?
