Some time ago, I wrote a Euphoria program to extract the Win32 constants
from the win32api.txt file which was once found at
http://www.netacc.net/~kleppe/win32api.txt. I have placed zipped copies of
this library file along with a text file which lists the constants by value
at http://home.earthlink.net/~jzcndd/euphoria/index.htm
Just a note: I make no warranty as to the accuracy of this information,
especially since I cannot verify the accuracy of the original file. I use
it, though, and hope others will find it useful, too. If you find glaring
errors, let us all know!
