There are hosts which provide a small amount of space for very low prices,
~$2-3 (american) a month. To store files, place a dummy index on
geocities/xoom/<some other sucker> and use it as file storage.
cons: may be slow, costs mulah
pros: no pop-ups windows, and all the storage you can conceivably use (I had
over ~300 megs in "free" web-space at one point).
