to:
content-type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii
Messages are now much shorter.
I think all the html and other coding schemes are Microsoft's attempt to
destroy the internet by trippling or quadrupling the traffic. That is standard
Microsoft procedure: destroy if possible, buy out if not.
