It may help to know that you can use ALT-34. Press and hold ALT then
press 3 & 4 on the Numeric Keypad. When you release ALT it will display
a double-qoute ("). All ASCII values can be displayed this way.
I hope this helps. Of course after putting in the double-qoute you could
always keep it in the clipboard so that you could paste it each time later.
