1. Using the mouse in Linux

I'm using Ubuntu 10.04 and Euphoria 3.1.1. According to mouse.e linux users should have the gpm server running to use get_mouse(). I've installed gpm but get_mouse() still doesn't work. I was looking in the old forum for help and it seems that this issue has come up in the past, however I couldn't see how to resolve it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Ok, well I guess no-one uses the mouse on a console these days...

Thanks Chris. Does anyone have a version of 2.5 for Linux they could let me have? I know mouse support was built in prior to version 3.0.
