Apparently there is an account under my email address, but attempts to obtain "forgotten" password do not work. Also, how does one contact website admins?

I see that there is an account jsampson, last logged in 03/12/2010 (this month), from the same ip address. I've reset the password to be the same as jsampson2010's password.
Can you explain what happens when you try, step by step?
