1. The future of NEIL...
I have been using Pete's NEIL library for a while now,
and even have created a mouse library for it. NEIL
needs more though. I suggest some people, other than
Pete (Unless you want to,) make these suggested
add-ons that I have...for I suck with messing with
virtual graphics, maybe somebody could mess around
with Jiri's VGRAPH library to work with NEIL. I
suggest these things:
1) More shape drawing support, like a polygon command,
ellipse command, that will draw it empty or filled.
2) Give NEIL better documentation, no offense Pete,
but the documentation you include is nothing more that
comments out of the NEIL library itself, and some
other stuff that isn't too helpful.
There's my 2 bits,
Mike Hurley

Hey, I have something which is about ready to come out which will do line=
s,
polygons, arcs, rectangles, circles, ellipses, spline curves and vector
text in virtual graphics. It should be possible to make it work with Nei=
l,
but I haven't figured out exactly how as yet. Oh yeah, it does filled
shapes, dotted lines and thick lines and a few other things, too. Look f=
or
the VEGA Vector Graphics Library - coming soon!
Vega? Well, everybody's using code names these days
