No (that's why it is nice).
Partition Magic will move all your files to the "front" of the disk,
and then let you re-partition the empty part (or some of it).
You can do the same thing yourself, using defrag, etc.. but its'
VeryVery easy to goof up and lose something that way.
Nevertheless, you should back up anything important first!
And be aware that Linux doesn't mind co-existing with other
OS's, but when you reload Windows, it will clobber Linux
without bothering to ask. So -- since "reloading Windows"
is inevitable, it will be a good idea to back up the
Linux partition as well.
