1. svn 4512 problem

Using SVN 4495 on WinXP Home Edition.
If you double clicked on euiw.exe a command window would open
and display the version etc. and message saying to enter a file name on command line.
I updated to SVN 4512.
Double clicking on euiw.exe a command window now opens and immediately closes
without displaying anything.
Something has changed between SVN 4496 and SVN 4512.
I can't tell exactly where it happen because I have no way to return to SVN 4495.
It may have happen in the transition between SVN4495 and SVN4496.

Why not? You can't use svn update -r 4495 ?

It may have happen in the transition between SVN4495 and SVN4496.
Looking at those revs, it is not obvious what could have changed that would have caused this.
