1. errors when trying to use ticket system

I guess i'll post in the forum then.....
When trying to preview a post to the ticket system, like in
http://designerthinking.com/500-A.JPG
i get this
http://designerthinking.com/500-B.JPG
or one that actually says "500". Trying to do a "reply to" got me this
http://designerthinking.com/500-C.JPG

Also, twice the ticket page said there were only 2 pages of tickets, none since yesterday, meaning my tckets of yesterday were gone, altho the error 500 problem persists. This time i am using FF 3.6.6, tho it also errors using IE 8.

Is JavaScript enabled in your web browser? The reason I ask is two different methods are used to do the preview based on that.

Also, on the last one where it said you are not authorized. Did you notice in the right menu if it had "useless's menu" ? Or was that gone also. Trying to figure out why it thinks you are not authorized.

About the missing tickets. They are not gone, they were fixed. Jim fixed them. When they are fixed they no longer appear on the active list. You can still view them by clicking on closed tickets, or it's recent enough you can use the "recent" tab above to browse back and see how they were changed.

How are they fixed, when i just did those three screen captures?

And how did i get a page with the option to do a reply/edit if i wasn't signed in with the "useless's menu" showing?

Could you fix it again then, because it just failed again.

And yes, there was a "useless's menu" showing on the far right.

Kat, please read the ticket. There is no reason to fix them again, they are still fixed. Things are tested and fixed in the test site, then on a routine basis deployed to production. Your bug reports have been fixed and are fixed just not yet deployed to production. That's what the ticket says that Jim asked you to read.
